LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT
Motor Edgevantage is one of the few qualified companies in the automotive repair and service industry in Singapore who has been accorded recognition by ITE with Certified for On The Job Training Centre (COJTC) status. As a Certified COJTC since 2016, Motor Edgevantage has developed and implemented more than 23 OJT programmes covering 194 training places with over 660 OJT hours conducted.
We know Talents usually learn best when challenged in an environment that is meaningful and has a clear purpose. We make learning multidimensional, easy by offering a range of formal and informal training opportunities to everyone at the company to acquire new skills or sharpen existing skills. At Motor Edgevantage we ensure this by making it a part of our company’s long-term vision to help our people grow.
